A purpose-built floating event venue, moored at Bandry Bay on Loch Lomond. Three event spaces, a cedar sauna, a late licence to 23:00 — and a view that is never the same from one hour to the next.
The Waterlodge is the second, bigger-canvas format for when a boat isn't enough. It is purpose-built for events on the water — fully glazed main deck, bar and kitchen, a 270° upper terrace, and an authentic cedar sauna on board. Available to every FBC member as part of their tier; available to corporate members for hospitality days, executive off-sites, client dinners, branded receptions and wellness retreats.
The Eden-6 is the only floating event venue of its kind within a two-hour drive of Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Watch a member day at FBC Loch Lomond — the boats, the loch, the Waterlodge.
The Eden-6 is configured as three distinct event spaces, all on board the same vessel. You can use one, two or all three on the same day — the in-house team handles the changeover.
Fully-glazed interior with a commercial bar and kitchen. Seated dining for up to 32 guests. Banquet layout for 40. Reception for 60 standing. The main deck is the heart of the vessel — climate-controlled, accessible, and licensed to 23:00.
The upper terrace wraps around the vessel with 270-degree views over Loch Lomond, the Luss hills and the Trossachs. Drinks receptions, ceremonies, speeches, late-evening lounging.
An authentic cedar sauna at 80–90 °C, on board the vessel. Wellness breaks, leadership retreats, stag and hen pampering, winter ice-bath experiences. The loch acts as the cold plunge — 8–14 °C year-round.

Boardroom of 16 or cabaret of 24 on the main deck. AV, screen, private skipper, hot/cold buffet service. Cast off, find a quiet corner of the loch, do the work that gets lost in the office.
Cast-off at golden hour. Private dining on the loch with canapés, speeches and a candlelight return to Bandry Bay. The most memorable client dinner in Scotland is the one that moves while you're eating it.
Up to 60 standing across both decks. DJ-ready, full cocktail bar, late licence to 23:00. Private launch parties, anniversaries, supplier thank-yous, brand activations.
Cedar sauna at 80–90 °C, loch plunge at 8–14 °C year-round. Loch first, heat second — the Nordic ritual on Lomond. Leadership wellness retreats, post-meeting decompression.
Wedding ceremonies on the upper terrace. Boat christenings on the bow. Vow renewals, baby naming, memorial scatterings. The vessel is licensed and flagged; we handle the logistics.
Summer parties on the upper terrace. Autumn strategy off-sites in the boardroom. Winter sauna weekends with ice-bath cycles. Spring receptions for new-starter onboarding. Four seasons, four moods.

A decade of peer-reviewed research is clear: proximity to water lowers cortisol, reduces anxiety and sharpens focus. Regular sauna use drops cardiovascular and dementia risk. Cold exposure spikes dopamine and norepinephrine. The three combined — water, heat, cold — are the closest thing to a productivity cheat code.

The Waterlodge is part of every consumer membership tier — free use of the deck, beach, paddleboards and BBQ for members and their guests. Sauna sessions are available year-round on a booking system; member rates apply.
For corporate members, the access tiers up sharply: the Standard Corporate includes one annual Experience Day for ten people. Executive Corporate adds four Waterlodge day-credits per year. Flagship Network includes naming rights on the Waterlodge for one year.
Corporate TiersNon-members can hire the Waterlodge for private events on a case-by-case basis. Day-rate hire starts at £2,500 + VAT for a 4-hour static booking. Underway hire (with skipper) starts at £3,500 + VAT.
Catering, AV, bar pre-orders and styling are quoted separately. Most clients spend £4,000–£8,000 all-in for a half-day corporate event.
Members save approximately 40–60% on day-rate hire and have first refusal on dates.
